Workout:

3 Sets:
10 Bench press and moderately heavy weight
Superset with 8-10 pull ups, weighted if you can

3 Sets
5-7 incline bench press
10 bodyweight Pull ups

3 Sets:
15 Dips
10 Dumbbell Rows

I was on short time today, I got through this in about 25 minutes
