Home Workout

All of us have been home for one reason or another. Some of us because the ongoing pandemic, or for other reasons. I, Myself, have been doing many workouts at home (well, actually at my parents house) do to the fact that we are in the middle of moving. So I am just going to share some of the workouts I have been doing.

10 Sets

10 push ups

10 V- ups

10 sit ups

Into:

  3 sets

20 DB curls

20 alternating curls

20 sit ups

Rest 1:00 minute

20 tricep extension

20 Anderson Press

20 Floor press

Pick a weight that is fairly light, this gets tough in a hurry, personally I did it with 20lbs dumbbells.  

Train Hard.
